H-E-B shopper was buying DayQuil and NyQuil. Then the cashier refuses to scan one more item, and a checkout rule leaves her speechless

A Texas woman says she was stopped from buying more cold medicine at H-E-B after she reached what a store employee called her “limit” on the products. Julie Ann Douglas, who posts as @julieannsurratt, shared her experience in a video describing what happened during a recent shopping trip.

Douglas said she had been feeling sick since the end of May and went to the store to stock up on DayQuil and NyQuil. She wanted to keep bottles in different places, including her nightstand and her car, so she would not need to make another trip.
