H-1B contracting firms under stricter scrutiny in new regulation: 'Why no new regulation for H-2B who work at Mar-a-Lago'

Among a bunch of new changes that the Donald Trump administration is bringing to the H-1B visa program, the Department of Homeland Security also wants to provide greater scrutiny of third-party placements.
