A gym fanatic has told of the frightening moment he suffered a heart attack after mistaking chest pain for indigestion after munching rich Christmas food.
Headteacher Tim Harris, 43, was on a New Year's Eve family getaway when the symptoms first struck him.
Fit and healthy Tim, from Sedgley, Dudley, was a regular gym-goer with a passion for sports and started his career in education as a PE teacher, so initially disregarded the warning signs when he began to suffer a dull ache in his chest, Birmingham Live reports.
