Gutted Jude Bellingham breaks silence after England’s World Cup heartbreak against Argentina: ‘I wish I could give more’

England striker Jude Bellingham admitted it’s “gutting” to see the defeat to Argentina after their 2-1 loss ended hopes of reaching the World Cup 2026 final.

He said he wanted to be a part of the England squad “that’d finally done it” and won the tournament this year, as England’s only win was in 1966.
