A guest shamed a hotel for serving frozen supermarket pizza on their menu for triple the price.
The customer claimed the establishment listed Chicago Town’s pizza for £12.95 despite it being sold for far less in food stores.
It can be found in Asda for just £3.25 meaning quadrupling the price before it was put on the Birmingham city centre hotel's menu.
Managers have since responded to the customer saying they are working to provide 'an alternative solution'.
BirminghamLive reports the review was left for the Hotel Ibis, in The Arcadian, which has a score of 3.5 out of 5 on Tripadvisor based on more than 2,000 reviews.
