We love a good trend, even if it has nothing to do with clothes. Fendi recently revealed that its upcoming Fall 2025 runway show will be coed. The Italian fashion house is holding the joint presentation in honor of its 100th anniversary. But showing the men's and women's collections simultaneously won't be a one-off over in Milan because Gucci just announced that it is also planning on going coed for Fall 2025 in February.
For Gucci, this isn't virgin territory. After all, the brand already proclaimed that its Cruise 2026 Florence show will be "unified." Another thing making Gucci stand out from the fashionable crowd? It's not just the Fall 2025 runway show that'll be coed. It also plans on combining its Spring 2026 presentation slated for September. Sounds like this just might be how Gucci Creative Director Sabato De Sarno will showcase his collections from here on out.
We'll just have to wait and see if any other designers follow suit for Milan Fashion Week.
