MUMBAI: Claudio Pizarro may have played alongside Xabi Alonso at Bayern Munich for just one season, but it was enough for the former Peru striker to be certain of what Alonso was planning to do once his playing days were over.
"I know him really well," Pizarro, who is visiting India for the first time as a Bayern ambassador, told TOI on Saturday. "We played together at Bayern (2014-15 season). You could see at that time when we were playing that he was going to be a coach.
