Pooja Bagga joins the Guardian from Royal Mail Group where she has been leading IT initiatives since 2017.
Pooja is an accomplished leader with over 25 years’ experience and is renowned for driving high-impact, complex transformations across business and technology. She joins the Guardian from Royal Mail Group where she has successfully led a number of large scale, multi-year transformation programmes since joining in 2017.
Prior to joining Royal Mail Pooja led ERP transformation, merger and acquisition activities and cross company integrations at British Airways, Transport for London (TFL) and IAG.
In her new role Pooja will be responsible for leading the Guardians’ corporate technology and data strategy. Pooja will report directly to chief executive officer, Anna Bateson.
