Rockstar Games has confirmed that Grand Theft Auto VI will not launch on PC alongside its PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S release. The studio has said it is prioritising consoles because that is where most of its players are, although it has confirmed that a PC version will be released at a later date.
GTA 6 is scheduled to launch on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026, priced at $80. While Rockstar has not announced a PC release date, industry speculation suggests PC players may have to wait until 2028, based on the release pattern of GTA 5 , which arrived on PC around 18 months after its console debut.
