Grosvenor Shopping Centre sold to property giant by Duke of Westminster estate

Grosvenor Duke of Westminster United Kingdom

The freehold of Grosvenor Shopping Centre in Chester has been sold to a property giant by an estate owned by the Duke of Westminster.

Irish family-owned Martin Property Group has acquired the site from Grosvenor Eaton Estate for an undisclosed sum.

The 211,845 sq ft shopping centre on Eastgate Street was developed by Grosvenor in the 1960s.
