Greggs reveals when they will start selling their Pumpkin Spice Latte and it is much sooner than you think

The current cooler weather and slightly more noticeable darker evenings as the nights draw in may have some people beginning to think about the end of summer and the start of autumn. Popular food chain Greggs has taken these thoughts a step further.

The Pumpkin Spice Latte is a symbol of autumn and Greggs has shocked customers by announcing you will be able to buy their much-love Pumpkin Spice Latte in store from tomorrow, Thursday, August 25. The retailer announced the news on Twitter and did acknowledge it is not autumn yet.

They said: "It might still be summer, but it's time to spice things up...Pumpkin Spice Latte is in Greggs shops from tomorrow". Many fans of Greggs were excited by the news.

One said: "I AM SO FREAKING HAPPY! MY FAVOURITE DRINK" and another added: "Omg yay can't wait". Greggs is not the only cafe to be thinking about the famous Pumpkin Spice Latte drink as popular brand Starbucks is counting down until they sell it again.

Starbucks will begin selling its Pumpkin Spice Latte on Thursday, September 1. If you want more than a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Greggs the food business has teamed up with clothing store Primark.

Customers can currently enjoy Greggs boxers, Greggs tee-shirts, Greggs cycle shorts, and much more in this new collection. This is the second time that Greggs has teamed up with Primark to create merchandise.

Last year the Greggs Pumpkin Spice Latte began at £1.95 and was available through click-and-collect on the new Greggs app and for delivery via Just Eat. Greggs is yet to confirm what the price will be for a Pumpkin Spice Latte in 2022.
