Greg James has kicked off his 630-mile tandem bike challenge for Comic Relief to raise money for Red Nose Day.

The BBC Radio 1 DJ, 40, revealed earlier this week that he will continue with the gruelling eight-day challenge amid his father’s recovery from a stroke.
