- Radio 1 DJ Greg James completed a 1,000km tandem bike ride for Comic Relief.
- The 40-year-old completed the epic journey, which spanned eight days, travelling from Weymouth to Edinburgh.
- James arrived at Murrayfield Stadium in Scotland to a large crowd cheering him on during the final moments of his challenge.
- “I can't believe it's done! I couldn't see, I just kept bursting into tears at everyone I saw. Please, let me get off this bike,” he said after crossing the finishing line.
- An update on the total amount of money raised is expected soon but those still wishing to donate can visit the official Comic Relief page: https://www.comicrelief.com/rednoseday/challenges/greg/tracking/
