A developer has won planning permission for 130 new homes on the western edge of Nottingham.
Strata has gained planning for the Bilborough scheme from Nottingham City Council, following a successful application which was supported by planning experts at Marrons.
The site, in Greenfield land to the north of Chingford Road, will deliver a mix of two, three, four and five-bed terrace, semi-detached and detached properties.
