Celtic supporters section the Green Brigade have raised over £20,000 for a Parkhead tifo on the first day of the new Premiership season against Aberdeen.
It's been a fantastic 12 months for Celtic since boss Ange Postecoglou took over from Neil Lennon, guiding them back to Scottish football's summit and claiming a League Cup trophy in the process. Now fans want to help create a full stadium display when title day takes place on July 31st in front of Sky Sports TV cameras.
The ultra group launched a GoFundMe page earlier this month and have set a goal of reaching £25,000 ahead of the clash with the Dons. Over £21k has already been raised with over a month to go until kick-off and any extra money raised will be used to help create similar displays during a term that will include Champions League group stage football. Since their formation in 2006, the Green Brigade have made a name for their displays.

Some have included the 50th anniversary of the club's Lisbon Lions team and European nights are often met with an array of colour.
They've also been met with criticism for a number of controversial banners during continental matches, including support of Palestine against Israeli side Hapoel Be’er Sheva six years ago that saw Celtic earn a £8,000 fine.
More than £100,000 was raised for Palestinian charities in the aftermath of this display.
Manager Postecoglou has his team back in pre-season training this week ahead of the new campaign, with friendly matches soon to get underway.
