Green Bay Packers vs. Detroit Lions Week 18 game preview

The Green Bay Packers (8-8) will host the Detroit Lion (8-8) at Lambeau Field on “Sunday Night Football” in Week 18 of the 2022 season.

The Packers will clinch a playoff spot as the No. 7 seed with a win. With a Rams win over the Seahawks and a win over the Packers, the Lions will clinch the seventh seed.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7:20 p.m. CT. The game will be nationally broadcasted on NBC. Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth are on the call for NBC. Westwood One will provide the national radio broadcast.

The Packers lost to the Lions at Ford Field by a final score of 15-9 in Week 9.

The Packers are riding a four-game win streak and are 5-2 over their last seven games. Matt LaFleur’s team is attempting to become just the second team to overcome a 4-8 start and make the playoffs. The Lions are 6-2 in over their last eight games. Dan Campbell’s team is attempting to become just the second team to overcome a 1-6 start and make the playoffs.
