Another Bank Holiday weekend is coming up - and mixed weather conditions are expected in Greater Manchester.
Forecasters are predicting sunny spells, some light rain and some cloudy patches over the next three days. Saturday is predicted to be the warmest day, while Sunday will be slightly chillier.
Today (Friday), wall-to-wall sunshine is forecast for much of the region, according to the Met Office. Temperatures will reach a high of around 15C this afternoon.

On Saturday, the mercury will climb to 17C in the late afternoon. Sunny spells are predicted for the morning, while some clouds may move in later.
Some light rain showers may fall on Sunday in Greater Manchester, the Met Office predicts. The temperature will only reach around 14C.
On Bank Holiday Monday, the weather is expected to be cloudy but settled. Maximum temperatures of around 16C are expected.
The Met Office said a mix of springtime weather is forecast for much of the UK over the weekend. Deputy Chief Meteorologist David Oliver said: “It is a different mix of weather this bank holiday weekend after what has been a largely settled week for the UK.
“The high-pressure that has been dominating the UK in recent days will move away to the south, allowing a low-pressure system to move in from the northwest. This will bring with it some more unsettled weather with showers or some longer spells of rain across the north on Saturday and then southern areas on Sunday.
"A good deal of dry weather is expected on Monday with most areas only seeing some isolated showers and mild temperatures, widely in the mid-teens.”
