Despite the average house price across the region currently at £240,063, according to Rightmove, you can still find some reasonably priced homes on the more affordable end of the market. In the boroughs of Bolton, Oldham and Wigan, there are some bargain houses up for grabs with guide prices between £20,000 and £50,000 .
Here we have listed the 10 cheapest Greater Manchester properties that are listed for sale on Rightmove at the moment, with the majority set to go to auction this month.

With a bargain guide price of £20,000, this end-terraced house is one of the cheapest in Greater Manchester.
