Greater Manchester police seek witnesses to road death of 18-year-old

Police have appealed for witnesses after an 18-year-old man sustained fatal injuries when he fell from the bonnet of a moving car.

Greater Manchester police (GMP) said another 18-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
