Great British Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood has given fans a one-week warning on Instagram.
The Wallasey -born chef is known for giving out handshakes to successful bakers on the Channel 4 cooking show. But on Thursday he shared some other career news.
He posted a video to his many followers, featuring a gif that said: "On your marks, get set, bake!"

Speaking to the camera, Paul said: "My new book called Bake is out in June in the UK and July in the USA and Canada. You can order it online now. I hope you enjoy it. For me it was a real pleasure to write.
"I actually wrote it during lockdown, it was a real passion project. Because they're all classics, they've all been tweaked and tested and they all taste amazing.
"It's a little bit indulgent because they're all my favourites but I'm sure, quickly, they're gonna become favourites in your household too."
Captioning the post, the 56-year-old said: "One week to go !! …. My new book Bake is released in UK, and July in the USA, you can pre order through link or my bio..X"
