Granules India promoter Krishna Prasad Chigurupati has sold 1.72 crore equity shares of the company worth around Rs 1,500 crore through a combination of block deal and open market transactions on September 11, 2026.

In an exchange filing, Granules India said it received an intimation from Krishna Prasad Chigurupati regarding the sale of 1,72,00,000 equity shares of the company on September 11 through a block deal and open market.
