Grand Theft Auto streamer ‘faked livestream before murdering pregnant girlfriend’

  • YouTuber Stephen McCullagh is on trial at Belfast Crown Court, accused of murdering his pregnant girlfriend, Natalie McNally.
  • The prosecution alleges McCullagh pre-recorded a livestream of himself playing video games on 18 December 2022, to create an alibi while he killed Ms McNally.
  • A police digital forensic analyst testified that McCullagh's computer showed the six-hour broadcast was recorded on 14 December and streamed as live, with the file deleted on 19 December.
  • Ms McNally, who was 15 weeks pregnant, suffered a prolonged assault including stab wounds, strangulation, and heavy blows to the head.
  • McCullagh denies murder, with the trial expected to last around five weeks.
