Aintree is one of the most glamorous and exciting events of the year - so it's no wonder many high profile celebrities grace the stands for the Grand National festival.

Liverpool is no stranger to high profile names, but the festival seems to attract more than ever. Over the years many of the great and the good have been spotted at the Grand National.

This year is no different, with a number of reality TV stars in attendance. Brookside royalty, Claire Sweeney, has also made the short journey to Aintree.
