A gran is furious with the ‘disgusting’ quality of care that her autistic granddaughter has received from a specialist care provider.
Geraldine Leech, 71, has revealed that even some of her friends have commented on granddaughter Gemma’s ‘dirty’ appearance when she is taken out into the community by staff.
Gemma, 29, who also has epilepsy, has been receiving care from, Autism Together, for the past year at a supported living facility.
