Graeme Souness believes Chelsea and Manchester United will miss out on finishing in the Premier League ’s top four this season.
Arsenal have set the pace during the opening 14 matches and currently sit two points clear of Manchester City at the top of the table. Newcastle United and Tottenham make up the rest of the top four at present, with Eddie Howe’s side having lost just once so far and Spurs holding onto fourth, despite losing three of their past four games.
United are in fifth place after losing 3-1 to Aston Villa on Sunday, but do have a game in hand on the two clubs directly above them. Chelsea are down in seventh, having gone four matches without a win under Graham Potter.
