Graeme Murty admits he won't 'rule out anything' as he weighs up a return to the dugout.
The former Rangers boss is currently Under-21s coach at Sunderland, with former Celtic boss Tony Mowbray taking charge of the steady English Championship side. But the sacking of Karl Robinson at Oxford United in the league below has opened up a pathway for the ex-Ibrox man with many touting Murty for the job.
The 48-year-old had two spells at the helm in Glasgow and previously declared an interest in returning to full on management. Yet reports last week suggested the U's had not made a formal approach. Yet Murty is keen to stress he has been fielding calls on his future but that nothing is certain.

He said: "I've been having loads and loads of phone calls. Loads of people have been calling me and asking me, nothing in the press has come from me. Make of that as you will."
On a return to the dugout, he added: "I'm really enjoying doing what I'm doing at the moment. I think I'm suited to developing young players.
"I'm suited to working in this environment and I've got to say the club have welcomed me with open arms. So, I'm really thankful for the opportunity. I would not rule out anything out, but as I said, nothing that's been spoken about has come from me."
