Northern Irish golfer Graeme McDowell wants a vote to be held by players to decide whether LIV Golf rebels should be allowed play on the DP World Tour.
McDowell has been with LIV from the beginning and has become symbolic with the golf league in recent months. The former US Open Champion is one of 18 players from the Saudi-funded breakaway competing in the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth this week, a situation which Rory McIlroy said he found “hard to stomach”.
Defending champion Billy Horschel also slammed LIV Players making their Wentworth debut like Abraham Ancer and Talor Gooch. Horschel has labelled these players as "Hypocrites" having previously shown no interest in the event.
