The Black Eel on Kingsland High Street - (The Black Eel)

A Hackney pie and eel shop resurrected as a pub has run into opposition over plans to extend its licence.

The Grade II listed premises on Kingsland High Street in Dalston, once the legendary cockney eatery F Cooke, opened its doors as The Black Eel in October 2025.
