Gracie Abrams moves to London for Paul Mescal

Gracie Abrams has moved to London for Paul Mescal.

The 26-year-old singer has moved in with her actor boyfriend in London - where he is filming director Sam Mendes’ new Beatles movies - after previously doing long-distance and their relationship is stronger than ever.

A source told The Sun: “Paul and Gracie are the real deal.

“He is loving his life on this awards-season run with Hamnet, working on The Beatles films and feeling settled with Gracie.

“One advantage of being committed to a long project like this is they can stay rooted to a city for a long run instead of moving like ships in the night.

“They have been balancing their work lives. She is using London as her base and has been writing and recording here.”

Gracie has also enjoyed spending time in Paul’s native Ireland.

The insider said: “Gracie has loved exploring the city and even popped over to Ireland too. She plans to remain here for a while because of how happy she is. They seem very settled and serious.”

Meanwhile, Paul – who shot to fame in Normal People in 2020 – revealed he is planning to slow down his career in order to spend time with loved ones.

He told British GQ: “I really enjoyed the rhythm I've been working at. I think that process began when I was 23 and I'm now turning 30.

“I can feel myself wanting to slow down a bit more and certain priorities come in where I spend my time, whether that's with my family or with my partner or with friends.

“I've never had a desire to really spend my time anywhere else other than work up until this point... And now I do have a desire to not spend my time necessarily in a rehearsal room or on set.”

And, he is even thinking to the future and starting a family.

Paul, 30 – who was previously engaged to singer/songwriter Phoebe Bridgers – told Rolling Stone: “I would love to have a family. I'm not like, 'I want them tomorrow,' but I would love to have kids.”
