New Delhi: Congress leader Jairam Ramesh on Saturday said the BJP-led government has "received a setback" in its efforts to push the delimitation bill linked to women's reservation and that it "failed to achieve the two-thirds majority" in Parliament it was seeking.
Jairam Ramesh told that the opposition parties have been asking the government to implement one-third reservation for women within the existing strength of Lok Sabha.
