A Labour MP will urge the Government to set out specifics of how it will provide support to people with autism and learning disabilities when they leave mental health hospitals, sometimes after being there for several years.
Jen Craft said assurances that certain parts of the Government’s Mental Health Bill will only be “switched on” when services are available in the community would be irrelevant without a plan on how to deliver them.
