Minnesota Governor Tim Walz recently spoke out against former President Donald Trump, questioning his fitness for office. During a rally in Papillion, Nebraska, Walz emphasized that Trump is not as capable as he was during his 2016 presidential campaign. Walz described Trump as 'more unfit' and 'more deranged' now, suggesting that his current legal troubles have made him desperate to act in his own self-interest.

Walz highlighted Trump's age, noting that he is nearly 80 years old and may lack the stamina required for the presidency. He referenced a report that Trump declined a podcast interview due to exhaustion, further fueling concerns about his ability to lead.

The governor also underscored the importance of the Electoral College vote in Nebraska's 2nd Congressional District, which Democrats are eyeing as a potential win. Walz referred to this district as Omaha's 'blue dot,' symbolizing democracy, decency, and women's rights.

Walz's remarks reflect the ongoing efforts of the Harris campaign to raise doubts about Trump's capabilities and suitability for office. The governor's comments come amidst a contentious political climate as the 2020 presidential election approaches.
