Glasgow has welcomed its latest restaurant, with Gōst opening its doors for the very first time.
As we reported last week, Gōst is a new all-day dining and bar space featuring "delectable prime cuts of beef and expertly grilled fish" along with cocktails and quality wine.
It's the latest opening from the team behind popular Glaschu and gastro pub The Duke’s Umbrella. Taking over the former Viva Ristorante site on Bothwell Street, in the heart of Glasgow city centre, chef John Molloy has crafted a mouth-watering menu featuring a crab bisque shooter, roast Orkney scallops and stand-out dish ex-dairy prime rib.
