Gorka Marquez has spoken for the first time sicne it was announced he is set to become a dad for the second time. The Strictly Come Dancing star and his Hits Radio host fiancee Gemma Atkinson couldn't have been more delighted as they revealed they were having another baby.
Gemma announced she was pregnant earlier this month in an Instagram post in which she showed off her blossoming baby bump and confirmed she was carrying a baby boy. The couple, who are already parents to daughter Mia, were also seen alongside the three-year-old who is apparently determined to call her baby brother 'Barbie'.
Since the announcement Gemma has shared a few details about how she found out, saying she had to make "cringey" phone call in order to make appointments for scans due to Gorka's working commitments and wanting to keep the new private until they felt safe and ready to announce. She explained that Hey Baby 4D pregnancy scanning clinic in Radcliffe helped by opening early for them after she said: "My fella is currently working on a massive show and we don't know if we're okay."

But now Gorka, 32, has spoken of his delight at the fact he is expecting his second child, saying in a new interview with Hello! magazine: "We're so blessed. He’ll be a little sibling – and maybe future dance partner – for our daughter Mia. She's obsessed with dancing, so who knows."
He added: "That we get the chance to have another baby – we never take that for granted. Life flies, so make the most of every second you have." It comes after Gemma, 38, was asked if she had been 'trying' for a second baby when she fell pregnant. In an Instagram Q&A, the former soap star said: "We always wanted to time it for when Mia started school," Gemma admitted. "Just so I could spend as much time as possible with her beforehand.
"When we decided to try we got caught very quickly which is something neither of us takes for granted." She went on to share how she and Strictly star Gorka share their gratitude every day about their impending arrival.
"Every day we wake up, laugh at my belly and actually say out loud how bloody lucky we are," she typed. "I have friends who were trying for a long time. They too got their happy ending."
Gemma has since returned to Instagram as she gushed over a stranger's kind gesture after he discovered she was pregnant. Appearing on her Instagram Story, a glam Gemma said she had been filming a campaign for The British Heart Foundation in her local Tesco with Gorka.
"I've had a photoshoot today. Well, I say a photoshoot, I've been doing a campaign for The British Heart Foundation with Gorka so thank you to Emily for doing my hair and makeup. I feel glam for the first time in over four months," she smiled into the camera after confirming she was now four and a half months pregnant and due in the summer. "I feel nice," she laughed.
She then went on to share how she and Gorka had been approached by a man as they got to work in the supermarket. "We were shooting at our local Tesco for this campaign and this guy came over, this older gentleman, bless him. He was lovely. He came shuffling over and e said that his granddaughter loves Strictly so could he have a picture with Gorka.
"Gorka said 'of course' and did the picture with him then we were chatting to him, said bye and he came back about 10 minutes later and he said, 'I heard you're having a baby boy' and he bought us some little hats. He went back into Tesco and got us some hats for little man."
She added: "So kind of him. Honestly, I would have hugged him but he probably would have thought I was weird. Then he said, 'God bless him, God bless him' and pointed to by baby. Oh gosh," clearly melting again at the though of the kind gesture.
