Google Gemini is finally recovering after suffering what may be its biggest ever outage.

The AI chatbot has been plagued by problems today, with users greeted by annoying 'error 1076' and 'error 1099' messages when they tried to use it. The problems started at around 6.11am ET / 11.11am BST, which is when a large spike in reports appeared on Downdetector in both the US and UK.
