Kate Garraway has opened up on the "tough conversation" she has has over treatment of her husband Derek Draper.
The 54-year-old broadcaster anchored Friday's edition of Good Morning Britain alongside Ben Shephard.
The presenters interviewed Sharon Churchill on today's show about how she was prepared to go into debt for private treatment to avoid the NHS waiting list.

A poll conducted by the ITV news programme revealed that two thirds of adults on NHS wait lists plan to borrow money to go private.
Sharon was told she needed to wait 8-9 months for a back operation after a trapped nerve left her in unbearable pain.
She decided to go private and borrowed £7,500 for the surgery - and Kate described the situation as "horrific".
The broadcaster said: "Not only are you in excruciating pain, but also I'd imagine very fearful for how this was going to progress because this is an operation that if you didn't have could have led to more damage."
Kate has first-hand experience of the issue as her husband Derek has needed extensive treatment after falling seriously ill since contracting coronavirus.
She said: "I mean a dilemma of accessing private medicine or continuing to wait for NHS, I don't know what you've been through, but it's a conversation I've been having over treatment for Derek.
"It's such a tough one because if you don't have that money, then what do you do at that point?
"But then on the other hand, there's no price on being out of pain and in good health, is there?"
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV and ITV Hub
