Good Morning Britain host Ben Shephard had to step in as Nadine Dorries snapped at Ranvir Singh over her questions. It comes after Ms Dorries appeared on the ITV programme from Birmingham ahead of the Commonwealth Games.
The Culture Secretary mocked prime minister candidate Rishi Sunak earlier this week over his expensive clothes. Nadine Dorries is a supported of leadership rival Liz Truss.
The Echo reports that Ms Dorries pointed out that the former chancellor had been pictured wearing a £3,500 suit and £490 Prada shoes. She said Foreign Secretary Ms Truss is more likely to be seen in a pair of £4.50 earrings from high street chain Claire's Accessories.
