Scottie Scheffler has revealed just how much he would like to play more tournaments in Australia, with the world No.1 player's declaration sure to be music to the ears of the country's golf chiefs.
Preparing for this week's Scottish Open, the American superstar admitted he was looking forward to playing more international events amid PGA Tour schedule changes - and he made it clear Australia and its sandbelt courses were right at the top of his wish list.
"It definitely interests me. I'd like to see how it shapes out the next couple of years. There's a lot of places I think I'd like to play," Scheffler said, addressing reporters at The Renaissance Club in North Berwick on Wednesday.
