Golders Green crash: Motorcyclist fighting for life after horror rush hour collision

Police are probing a motorbike crash which left its rider fighting for life in Golders Green at rush hour on Wednesday.

Appealing for witnesses and footage, Met detectives said the crash happened just before 6pm as the motorcyclist was travelling on the A406 North Circular at Brentmead Place.

At this time it is not thought there were any other vehicles involved in the collision, which occurred close to Brent Cross Tube station.

The rider of the motorcycle, a man aged in his 40s, was taken to hospital for treatment and remains there in a critical condition.

In a statement, a Met spokesperson said: “Police are seeking any witnesses who may have seen the collision or have any dash camera footage that may assist in establishing the full circumstances of this collision.”
