Golden Globes 2023: Heidi Klum leads the red carpet glamour as stars begin to arrive

The 80th annual Golden Globes Awards are finally upon us and some of the biggest stars in Hollywood have descended on the red carpet to flaunt their show-stopping looks.

Heidi Klum led the glamour on the red carpet as they made sure to turn heads in jaw-dropping outfits.

49-year-old supermodel Heidi opted for a sequin silver mini dress which was complete with cut-out details and a purple feather boa. She matched her shoes to her dress by wearing a pair of strappy silver heels.

Heidi opted for a dramatic smokey eyeshadow and wore her long blonde hair in a stylish side parting. She completed her look with a silver clutch bag and sparkly earrings.

The pair put on a loved-up display at the Golden Globes as they shared a sweet kiss in front of photographers.

Normal People star Daisy Edgar-Jones looked right at home on the red carpet, wearing a beautiful fitted gown.

The 24-year-old actress opted for a lace bodice which showed off her incredible figure. The floor-length number also featured a ruffled trim and velvet details.

Daisy had her brunette hair tied back and opted for a muted makeup look.

Actress Laverne Cox gave off old Hollywood glamour vibes wearing a figure-hugging blue gown with gold detailing, which highlighted her incredible figure.

The gown also featured a plunging back and the 50-year-old wore her platinum locks in loose curls.

Jamie Lee Curtis arrived on the red carpet in a black strapless jumpsuit which she accessorised with a floor-length lace cape.

Jamie Lee was joined on the red carpet by Irish actor Barry Keoghan, who was dressed in a stylish baby blue suit which was complete with a necktie.

Eddie Redmayne was joined by his wife Hannah Bagshawe as they cosied up to one another on the red carpet.

The 41-year-old Theory of Everything star opted for a sophisticated maroon suit which featured a huge floral brooch.

Hannah chose a backless black strappy dress, with a long train flowing behind her.

Taking place at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, the prestigious awards celebrate the biggest talent in film and American TV.

This year's Golden Globes returned with an in-person ceremony after last year's event was scaled-back by organisers. There was no red carpet, or star-studded audience and the ceremony was held in private.

NBC also refused to broadcast last year's event following controversy over a lack of diversity within the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) - which is responsible for the awards.

The organisation said it would work to address the issue, with NBC agreeing to air the 80th annual event under a one-year contract.

Colin Firth, Taron Egerton and Andrew Garfield are some of the big names up for an award at this year's ceremony.

The trio are up for best actor in a limited series, anthology series or television motion picture.

Rihanna could end up going home with her first-ever Golden Globe Award, but she faces some stiff competition from Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga as they battle it out in the category of best original song.

The 34-year-old Umbrella hitmaker received the nomination for Lift Me Up, recorded for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Shows up for a gong include The White Lotus, Only Murders In The Building and Netflix ’s hugely popular spooky new series Wednesday.
