Gogglebox 's Pete Sandiford was teary-eyed watching this year's Christmas advert by John Lewis, with some of his co-stars on the Channel 4 show also touched by it.
Pete, 28, and his co-stars - including his sister Sophie Sandiford, 27 - were seen watching the festive advert during last night's episode. It was promo for the high street retailer.
John Lewis' advert sees a man learning to skateboard. It is later revealed that he was practising ahead of welcoming a foster child, who likes skateboarding, into his family.
It has moved many viewers since it was released, including Gogglebox cast members. Pete was seen getting visibly emotional last night whilst providing his feedback.
Pete said of the foster parent in the advert: "What a guy." He was seen struggling to keep his composure as his younger sister Sophie shared her thoughts on the video.
After looking over at her brother, she said: "That nearly got me then." Pete, who himself became a father just last year, commented in response to Sophie: "It's got me."

There was subsequently a close-up of his face. Pete - who shares one-year-old son Jimmy with his wife Paige - appeared to be teary-eyed after watching the John Lewis advert.
He wasn't the only Gogglebox cast member to be moved by the advert though. Tom Malone Sr. had to pass his wife Julie Malone a tissue after they had watched it themselves.
Tom commented about the advert: "That's got to be the best Christmas ever for a kid, hasn't it?" Julie, who was visibly emotional over it, simply responded to him: "Yeah".
The advert sparked conversations among the cast about children within the care system. John Lewis has said it is committed to supporting young people from care.
It states in the advert: "Over 108,000 children in the UK are in the care system". It adds: "We're making a long-term commitment to support the futures of young people from care".
Gogglebox continues on Friday night (November 25) on Channel 4 from 9pm. You can catch up on previous episodes of the series through the on-demand platform All4.
