Gogglebox star Mica Ven looked stunning in a bright yellow bikini as she enjoyed a holiday in Jamaica.
The 43-year-old star joined the cast of the popular Channel 4 reality TV show in 2018 alongside partner Marcus Luther and have been in nine seasons of the programme.
The mum-of-four showed off her impressive figure as she relaxed in the Caribbean island over the weekend.
Mica, affectionately known as 'Big Meesha', was surrounded by tropical leaves in a selfie she posted on social media, where she was sat on a balcony in a dazzling fluorescent yellow bikini.
She captioned the post on Instagram, where she has over 123,000 followers: "Mood. But I gotta get up & cook some food instead. Such is life. Have a blessed Sunday lovelies."
Mica was inundated with positive messages for her look, with one fan commenting: "Love your Bikini" followed by a bikini and fire emoji.
Another wrote: "You look bloody fabulous" accompanied with a love-heart eyed emoji, with a third person saying: "Your wee body is beautiful! Doesn't even look like you've had kids. Jealous!"
A fourth user said: "Wow mica u look amazing. Your body is gorgeous and perfect!!!"
The hair salon owner pinned the Instagram post to the top of her profile which also had two more photos attached to it.
Both images poked fun at the fact that she had to cook food, with the second photo making reference to the Little Miss and Mr Men series of books intended for children.
It read: "Little Miss there's rice at home."
The last photo had a caption which read: "For the people that don't know" accompanied with a man holding up a sign, reading: "Cooking & cleaning is a basic life skill not a gender role."
July has been an exciting month for Mica and her family as the Gogglebox star announced she had become a grandmother for the first time.
She shared the happy news on earlier this month by posting a pic on Instagram of her kissing the tiny feet of her granddaughter as well as a short video as she celebrated her arrival.
Alongside the heartwarming photos, Mica wrote: "Don’t mind me, I’m just round here enjoying Granternity leave from work.
"Blessed and grateful beyond measure to have our first grandchild. She’s beautiful, she’s healthy and I’m gonna try my very best as her Granny to remember she’s not actually mine. But she’s mine."
Mica then shared the adorable name for her newborn granddaughter.
She continued: "Welcome to this crazy world Koko. You’ll grow up to be well respected and well protected in these streets. Mama Love."
