Former Gogglebox star Amy Tapper showed off her recent weight loss as she shone in a red swimsuit while on holiday.
The 22-year-old reality TV star was shimmering as she enjoyed a well-earned break in a restaurant in Tel-Aviv, Israel last Saturday.
Amy has lost three stone over the last few months as her and dad Jonathan are more determined than ever to shift the weight and become healthier.
The family, which also mum Nikki and brother Josh, featured on Gogglebox for 11 seasons from its inception in 2013 and 2018.
In a photo which was captioned with two cherry emojis, Amy was glowing in a red swimsuit which was finished off with aviator sunglasses and curly blonde hair.
Dancing on Ice professional skater Alex Murphy commented on the radiant smile, writing: "You star" accompanied with a love heart.
Former TOWIE star and activist Vas J Morgan replied with three love heart emojis.
Amy has revealed the secrets to her weight loss success after sharing a video of herself looking slimmer than ever.
She has been busy documenting her lifestyle journey in recent months and has now outlined five steps she has taken to change her lifestyle and remain motivated.
In an advert for MuscleFood, Amy posted on her Instagram account stating that she was eating in a calorie deficit and planning all meals ahead with the healthy eating company.
She added that she trains consistently with a personal trainer and is now cooking more as well as trying new foods.
Amy also explained that she is setting smaller goals in order to reach her long term goal and still taking the time to socialise with friends.
Alongside the video she wrote: "It's so important for me to have a good routine and do things that make this journey as smooth as possible - with MuscleFood Goal Getters making it so easy for me I want to make it easy for anyone else looking for ways to stay/get motivated!
