Gogglebox star Mica Ven took to Instagram to share her struggles after recently quitting the popular Channel 4 show.
Mica and her partner Marcus Luther won audiences over with their hilarious quips and commentary on the week's best telly. When they announced their departure, they had been on Gogglebox for five years.
Last month, Mica said it has been an "epic journey" and that she and Marcus had "so much fun" filming the programme. She added: "But it's time to put down the remote and see what else God has in store for us".
