Julie Malone has thanked Gogglebox fans for their support as they call her an 'inspiration' for making a big change to her lifestyle.
Julie and husband Tom have been long time favourites of viewers of the hit Channel 4 show nand, while their son Tom Jnr quite the programme last year and has since starred in The Real Dirty Dancing on E4, the couple have stayed in the cast and have been back on screen for the new series.
Millions of fans tune into Gogglebox every Friday night to see the cast, also including much loved best mates Jenny and Lee and Durham girls Abbie and Georgia give their opinions on an eclectic mix of programmes, ranging from the news to Naked Attraction. This week episode saw the stars of the show give their verdict on the likes of Bridgerton, Starstruck and even coverage of Will Smith hitting Chris Rock at last Sunday's Oscars.

But, away from cameras, Gogglebox stalwart Julie has been spending plenty of time away from the sofa as she has recently made a huge overhaul to her lifestyle, embarking on a fitness mission, which has seen her go on long walks every day in a bid to up her steps.
Giving a first update last week, Julie told The Malones ' Instagram followers she was on day 5 of her mission and was aiming to do 10,000 steps a day. Tom Malone Jr was one of the many people to show their support and now, as she ups the ante and tries to taken up the pace of her daily walks, Julie has been hailed as an 'inspiration' by Gogglebox co-stars and fans.
On Thursday, as she headed out on another walk, Julie thanked everyone for their support, with Gogglebox cast members Jenny telling her: "Well done Julie god knows how you do it in this weather I’ve tried hail stone, sun...I give up!"
A fan reacted: "You're inspiring me Julie.. I went out for a country park walk today first time in a few months.. it were parky but loved it.. we’ll done you," with another writing: "You are doing so well, and encouraging people with you're updates! Keep going Mrs."
