Gogglebox star Julie Malone has received praise from fans as she embarks on a new goal.
The Malones returned to our screens for the 19th series of Gogglebox last month - and Tom Snr, Julie, Shaun and Vanessa have been making audiences laugh every Friday since. But while the family is known for its sense of humour, things haven't been so cheery in the household of late. On March 9, they took to Instagram to share the sad news their dog Lucy had passed away.
The post said: "Today we said goodbye to our beloved Lucy, she fought right to the end to stay with us. Now reunited with her sister Izzey.

They continued: "There are no words to describe how much you meant to us. Rest In Peace Sweetheart, you will always be in our hearts xx"
After an outpouring of support from fans, the Malones thanked those who had sent kind messages, saying: "Heartfelt thanks for all your kind comments, they mean a lot. "We were so privileged to have Lucy and her sister Izzy."
Julie Malone issued another Instagram update on Tuesday, this one relating to her fitness goals. The mum-of-four lost a lot of weight during lockdown, after "cutting out the rubbish and eating healthier".
Now it seems Julie's goal is to exercise more. Sharing a video with fans, she said: "Well, day five of keeping fit. Getting my 10,000 steps in. Listening to Earth, Wind and Fire and walking around the beautiful Victoria Park."
Jacqui Daly said: "You go girl!!!", while Ilaria Viero said: "I'm on day 2 of diet & keeping fit, LET'S KEEP GOING, JULIE!". Nicky M said: "Keep it up, you will feel better. I started working out and getting my steps in on 1st Feb. I feel a million times better for working out daily"
Siobhan18373 said: "I've been saying I'm gonna get fit for ages and then I've just seen your post and you've inspired me to get off my a**e so thank you!". Craig Rimmer said: "Keep on smashing it Julie laa. You're doing a boss job."
