Gogglebox's Ellie Warner confessed her admiration for television presenter and comedian Paddy McGuinness on the latest episode of the show, which had many 'bored' viewers switching off.
Friday night's episode saw our favourite armchair critics take to their seats to watch a host of programmes which had aired during the previous week. However, it seems some fans were not happy with the amount of reality television programmes featured.
The likes of Ellie and Izzie and Jenny and Lee tuned into Tempting Fortune, Dance100 and Married at First Sight Australia. It was when they were watching Tempting Fortune hosted by Lancashire native Paddy McGuinness, that Ellie made her confession.

The premise of the programme, on Channel 4, sees 12 strangers trek across South Africa with a shared £300k prize pot which they will all have access to for purchasing individual luxuries. Ellie said: He's a man of many talents and skills and can turn his hands to anything, can't he? "Acting, comedy, presenting.
Izzi replied: "Alright, why don't you just marry him?!"
The Leeds sisters are a firm favourite with Gogglebox fans, but it seems many were not impressed by the reality television 'overload' on Friday. Twitter user @Yorkshirebooklover said: "Why is it that on #Gogglebox they watch about 95% reality TV rubbish now?!"
@DanHarvey74 said: Is this a Reality TV special of #Gogglebox this week??" Another said: "Don't they show soaps or drama any more? All reality shows tonight bit boring #Gogglebox
One Twitter user asked: "Is there any else but reality s**t on tv ? #gogglebox." Another said: "Love @C4Gogglebox but come on apart from Sir David every other show has been reality or talentless shows it’s as boring af. #Gogglebox."
