Two Gogglebox stars have shared their despair after their holiday to spain turned into a "shambles". Dave and Shirley Griffiths, who have appeared on the popular Channel 4 show for around eight years, booked a holiday to Spain and set off late in June, but have said their holiday was far from relaxing.
The couple have been documenting their travels in Salou, on the Costa Dorada, Spain, through social media, but the pair have now revealed some of the problems they faced during their trip abroad, reports the Mirror.
The couple directly complained to TUI when they discovered their hotel had no running water. In a tweet, the couple said: “@TUIUK what's happening at the hotel h10 vintage Salou all the electricity is off no water no toilets no food, can't even flush the toilet rep doesn't have no idea it's a shambles its been off since 2 o clock this afternoon now 11.30 and still not sorted,” he fumed.
