Former Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has showed off her incredible three-and-a-half stone weight loss as she hinted there are "bigger changes" to come in the new year. As 2022 draws to a close, Amy shared a reel documenting her progress over the last 12 months with her 79,000 followers on Instagram.
The compilation clip, which can be watched below, features a photo of her from each month of this year. The 22-year-old is beaming in each of the snaps, which highlight the changes in her figure throughout the year.
Amy, who appeared on the Channel 4 show with her parents and brother Josh until 2018, recently revealed she had lost around three stone in just six months. She has previously explained that one her her motivations for losing weight was being trolled online, reports The Mirror.
