The 22-year-old reality TV star has been busy documenting her lifestyle journey in recent months and has now outlined five steps she has taken to change her lifestyle and remain motivated.
Amy recently revealed that she 'kicked-started her year' by losing 33cm from her waist and had previously lost 3.5st from working out every day and eating healthily.
And the former Gogglebox star has been proudly showcasing her amazing weight loss on social media ever since - much to the delight of her inspired fanbase.
In her latest social media offering, Amy oozed confidence in a sports bra and matching leggings as she proudly embraced her slimmed-down figure.
Amy's latest update revealed that the 22-year-old has lost a whopping 4cm from her biceps, 8cm from her chest, 2cm off her thighs and an amazing 15cm from her waist.
The Channel 4 favourite recently revealed that she trains consistently with a personal trainer and is now cooking more as well as trying new foods.
The blonde beauty is also setting smaller goals in order to reach her long term goal and still taking the time to socialise with friends.
In a recent Instagram post, the reality TV star penned: "It's so important for me to have a good routine and do things that make this journey as smooth as possible - with MuscleFood Goal Getters making it so easy for me I want to make it easy for anyone else looking for ways to stay/get motivated.
"Let's build some healthy habits together in 2022."
Speaking to The Sun earlier this year Amy said losing weight had been an ongoing battle, but something she finally thought she had cracked.
"Every person's body is different and everyone’s metabolism is different," she said.
"Over the past ten years I think I have come to a conclusion about what is best for me and what works for me. Before, I would lose two stone easily, then my body would just never budge after the two stone.
"I am no professional but what works for me is fitting my diet around my life, rather than fitting me around a diet."
